This year I have been working on some very special projects, and I'm excited in this show to share them with you today. One of them is my overall methodology that I have been developing for how I approach helping my business coaching clients succeed in what they do. And how I'm applying that methodology to this new group coaching program that I'm coming out with very soon. So stay tuned. I can't wait to share it with you.
Music playsā€¦
I'm Jen Argue and I have been leading masterminds for the past five years for six and seven-figure entrepreneurs, and I would love to help you start your own mastermind as well so that you can create a really big impact with those around you and work a lot less and make a lot more at the same time.
So let's start off with my business methodology. As I work with clients, I always come at my approach towards them with the idea that you are unique. You have your own values, you have your own preferences, your talents, your gifts, your passion, and the way that you express those things is very unique. So I have just helped people figure out how to do their marketing, how to develop their products, how to attract the best-fit clients, and how to hire the best-fit team, and all with this perspective of trying to get them success in what they do with profitability, but also having a business that they love that fits a lifestyle that they love.
And I was just doing this out of my own methodologies that I've been developing, but just this past week, I have made some major strides in how I frame my whole methodology, and what I am naming this is "a business you believe in." I truly believe that if you're building a business, yes, you want it to be profitable. Yes, you want to love it, but if you were to put all those things together, I truly believe it's a business you believe in because if you believe in your business that communicates that you have a very clear, strong vision and mission.
And you know your values and you have built it in a way that is aligned with who you are and all of the outflow of that can be carried into how you scale your business as well. So as we break down a business you believe in and how I take my clients through this methodology to help them build a business they believe in. There are three main points that I look for.
One are ease points. Another is happy points and the other is freedom points. Because if you have ease, happiness, and freedom in your business, I guarantee that's a business you're going to love. So when we look at ease points, these are reflective of the nuts and bolts of your business. These are the tangible qualities.
How are you setting up your business? Are you setting it up to be service-based? Are you setting it up to be completely course-based or group program, or mastermind? However it is, it needs to be aligned with who you are as well as the marketing. Just because webinars work for some people, doesn't mean it's going to work for you.
Your marketing strategy has to be something that is congruent with who you are. So the congruency with the nuts and bolts of your business creates ease points in your business. Now let's move to the happy points. The happy points in your business are more of a connected type of approach. So are you connected with your values in everything that you do, from your marketing to your product, to your clients, to your hires, the way that you scale with your team?
All of that has to be based on the foundation of your values, along with these intangible aspects of your values, is also knowing your mission and your vision. And I always take my clients through different assessments and protocols to come up with these frameworks, these intangible but valuable frameworks.
Because when you are fully aligned with all of those things, your message becomes crystal clear. And the third part of your business are the freedom points. And the freedom points are based in the culture aspect of your business. It all filters through the value system and all of the things that you have built up until this point, but the way that you scale your business with the people that you hire and with creating programs that are scalable, they're all reflecting the work that you've already done.
And so as you develop that scaling type of framework in your business to help you go wide, to help you make more while working less, this is what gives you freedom. Also part of the culture aspect is you taking on the role of a leader. You as the business owner, have been doing probably most of the things yourself.
Up until this point, you have been wearing all the hats, and now as you are hiring people, you're able to take some of those hats off and let other people wear them. And this is one of the hardest things for business owners is to move into this leadership phase. It is truly a difficult transition for a lot of people because you got quite good at what you do, and as you are hiring people, they might not be as good as you at first, so it will take time.
The onboarding, the training, it takes time in the real world. In a real-world business, we would often say it could take a year for you to feel really comfortable in your role. So why are we rushing that process with our team? There will come a time. I guarantee if you have put in the work if you have hired out of your values, and if you have onboarded and trained them well, that they are going to surpass you and they are going to at some point be better than you.
And show you new ways of doing the things and better ways of doing the things. And so you are in this process of taking off hats and sharing them with other people in order to work less in your business while you make more. And so these are the three aspects. You have your ease points, your happy points, and your freedom points.
And I love helping people develop these aspects of their business in a way that helps them build a business they believe in so that they can have the income and the lifestyle that they want to have while running their business. So one of the other projects that I have been working on is teaching others how to have their own profitable Mastermind in their business.
A lot of industry experts have a high demand for one-on-one work, or they have this big passion to help people and to bring people together to help them. Excel in what they do through building strong communities. I like to say communities that have a success culture. And I am launching my new group coaching program at the end of June, so very soon, depending when you're listening to this, but at the end of June, I am opening the Doors to my new Ultimate Mastermind.
And I want to tell you a little story. At first, was calling this the Ultimate Mastermind course, but my own business coach had asked me some very important questions. She said, is this something that has group coaching in it? Are you mentoring people? Are you walking with them and helping them develop their own mastermind?
And all my answers were, yes, of course. This is a very deep involved and supportive program and method that I'm going to be providing for people. And she said, then it's not a course. She said it is a group coaching program. And so from that point I realized, okay, it is not a course I need to drop the word course from all of the branding that we have already created, which my team is already taken care of, bless them.
And now I am calling this the ultimate mastermind. What I am excited about this group coaching program, if you join in this June launch that I'm having, I am going to provide everything for you, all the coaching, all the materials, all the spreadsheets and worksheets for you to launch your own profitable Mastermind by September.
