On today's show, we are going to be talking about businessy types of things as it relates to masterminds, in particular, LTV which is lifetime value. So come along and listen in.
Music plays...
I'm Jen Argue, and I have been leading masterminds for the past five years for six and seven-figure entrepreneurs, and I would love to help you start your own mastermind as well so that you can create a really big impact with those around you and work a lot less and make a lot more at the same time.
This past weekend I was hanging out with a friend of mine who is also a business owner, and the topic of masterminds came up as it does, as we were talking about all things business, and one of the things that she was mentioning was how a mastermind might be the right next step for her. She already has a business coaching program.
And it's quite successful, and yet she feels like she's still leaving money on the table and a mastermind would be the next best step for her to continue to serve her customers in a way where not only helps her customers, but it also helps her business, in particular the LTV, the lifetime value of her clients, I should say.
So when it comes to your business, if you are an industry expert and you are doing services for people, or you have a course or a group coaching program. If you are not doing a mastermind, that really is the easiest way to raise the LTV of each of your clients, and we know that LTV is a real health number when it comes to looking at the health of your business.
If somebody comes into your business and you only have one thing for them to invest in...that leaves them without anything else to buy and your business without any type of recurring revenue. And of course, we want to be able to offer services to our clients at different levels, depending on the engagement, depending on how advanced they are in your area.
And when it comes to LTV and you have these other things, a mastermind is the next logical step for you. To not leave money on the table, but also to serve your clients in a deeper way. Typically, what I like to look at is somebody who is an industry expert and has, let's say, a high demand for one-on-one work with people.
Well, typically if you are in high demand, you've probably been in your industry for quite a while. People already see you as an expert, and you might be in that stage where you really don't want all of your time to go to one-on-ones. If that is the case. Then a mastermind is the greatest next step, truly, because not only are you pouring into the high caliber of client that would be your one-on-one client, but you are bringing them all together, which creates an incredible synergy and think tank for really sharp minds to bring advancements to your area of industry.
And for you as the industry expert, to be able to lead that charge by forming the Mastermind and leading it. They are all going to be so thankful, and you are going to be thankful too because you just freed up a bunch of time on your calendar and you have freedom to do whatever you want.
If you want to play pickleball, if you want to start another business, if you want to go hang out with family or friends more, you just opened up your calendar a whole ton. So I typically think of the Mastermind in that respect of somebody who's an expert and has this high demand for one-on-one. And pulling them together into a mastermind group is such a great solution.
But also if you look at it from, it being another offer that you can give to your best students or clients who are already probably maxed out on everything that you've taught them in your course or your group coaching program. This is the next best step. They are going to love if you open a mastermind and serve them in a way that they can have those higher-level conversations.
So, whichever scenario you fit into a mastermind is such a great thing. Now, a lot of people get scared when the idea of a mastermind comes up, they think, oh, this is gonna take a lot of time. I don't know how to do this. I don't know how to do groups. What if there's one bad egg in the group? What...I'm not going to know how to troubleshoot, how to do these types of things?
And that's where I come in...because I have my master's in clinical psychology. I've been leading groups for 30 years since I've been in the entrepreneurial world. I've been leading masterminds now for five years, multiple groups, and all high performers I know how to get the most out of people and how to handle group dynamics and how to set up people to create a success culture
And help people with high-performance energy and high-performance actions. There is a lot that goes into it that people don't typically see that really makes a mastermind successful, and that's what you want. You, if you're bringing these high performers together, you want to be able to create an environment that is successful and and an experience where they get what they're hoping for.
So this is where I come in. I have been creating "The Ultimate Mastermind," which is a highly intensive group coaching program. It's about eight weeks of modules where there are different parts of setting up marketing and delivering a mastermind that I will be covering. But I'm launching this at the end of this month, and if you don't want to miss it, definitely get on the waitlist wherever you are listening, and stay up to date with whenever the...I will be opening up the doors.
When I open up the doors, I will be opening it up to the waitlist first and then to the public. And I'm only taking 20 people, and this is why I want to have a small enough group where I can make sure that everybody is getting what they need to create their mastermind, to market their mastermind, and to deliver their Mastermind by September.
If you know that a Mastermind is the next thing to help your LTV in your business or to free up time on your calendar, then join us so that you can have your mastermind, your own profitable Mastermind up and running by September. So this is why I'm keeping it to 20 because it's going to be a high-touch program.
My eyes are going to be on your creation, on your marketing, on your delivering, and you're going to have all the support you need. You're going to have lots of support with implementation, with all of the areas. We're going to have coaching calls. You're going to get one-on-one time. You are going to...Also, this is something that I think is really special and sets my program apart, and is something that I really love.
We're going to be doing mock masterminds, so I'm going to give everybody the opportunity to have a chance to lead a mastermind if they want to try it out. And part of that is I will have a training beforehand, and it's going to be very meta. I'm going to be talking about it as we're doing it, almost as if you were playing like a complicated car game.
If you were playing euchre. Euchre not that complicated, but there is some strategy involved. And when I first learned euchre, I had a friend who talked it through. We played with our hands open and visible, and we talked about strategy as we were going through the game while looking at our cards, and it helped me understand everything so much faster, learn the game faster.
And now I'm not too bad at the game Euchre. And that's the whole point for people in this group coaching program is I want you to feel confident as you are heading into your Mastermind in September. So look around wherever you are listening over this.
Get on the waitlist if you are listening to this while I've already launched then come on in, DM me, email me however you can find the information that you're looking for, and let's get you on board. Let's get your LTV up and let's get that mastermind up by September.
Thank you so much for listening today. I hope that if you found value in this that you would subscribe to my podcast and share it with a friend and leave a review.
Thank you so much!
